Tutorial and Creative Consultant

The tutorial section on the BERNINA machine provides information and explanations on different subjects concerning sewing and embroidering and the various stitches directly on the screen.

The Creative Consultant provides information and help with various sewing techniques. After selecting the fabric and the desired sewing technique, suggestions for suitable needles, presser feet etc. are displayed. 

Whenever visible, the Help mode can be opened by tapping the question mark icon.

Getting your bobbin ready to sew is very straightforward thanks to the signaled and simple winding path.

On machines with the BERNINA hook, the bobbin case can be easily removed by pressing the release latch. Silver sensor surfaces on the bobbin facilitate orientation when inserting the bobbin into the bobbin case.

Neat and clean touch screen

You can easily find all stitches and functions on the centrally located color touch screen. The large icons are grouped intuitively and allow you to navigate quickly, and the high sensitivity of the touch screen makes operation particularly user-friendly.
 

Save individual stitches temporarily or permanently

Save individual stitches temporarily or permanently

In the folder "Personal Memory" any stitch patterns, also those which have been individually edited, can be saved. The machine will remember the last stitch alterations made to any stitch. These alterations will remain in effect until manually changed or until the power to the machine is turned off.

Changes can be saved in the permanent memory of the machine as well. The machine will remember the altered stitch, even after the machine has been turned off.
