Step 2: Install the update

Download the zip-file that is provided in the next step and unzip it on your desktop.

Execute the application Setup.exe as Administrator.

• Start the installation by clicking Next > :
• Select ‘Complete’ installation.
• Select your preferred language.
• Leave ‘Destination Folder’ per default.

A new window appears to remove previous software that is no longer valid. BERNINA recommends leaving the box ticked per default to assure proper functioning.
 
Per default the software uninstalls

• the V8 Trial Version (if previously installed) and
• the CorelDRAW Essentials X6.

Click Next> and then Install to run the installation.
 
Note: In this Update CorelDRAW Essentials X6 is replaced by the new CorelDRAW Graphics Suite SE and will not connect to Artwork Canvas anymore. In the rare case that CorelDRAW Essentials X6 is linked to another program, it should then not be uninstalled.

At the end of the installation you are prompted to restart your computer.

Select Yes and click Finish to reboot the computer.

Login again as Administrator. Click OK on the ‘Installation Complete’ message.
