BERNINA DEALER TO SHOWCASE B 780 AT THE THREADS OF LIFE QUILT AND FIBER ART SHOW IN JONESBORO, ARKANSAS
The Fabric Store is also entering its own quilts in the show and giving anyone who test drives a B 330 machine a chance to win it
BERNINA of America, the premier manufacturer of sewing, embroidery and quilting machines, is pleased to announce that The Fabric Store, a BERNINA Dealer in Jonesboro, Ark., will be showcasing its BERNINA 780 at the 6th Annual Threads of Life Quilt and Fiber Art Show hosted by the St. Bernards Development Foundation. The show is being held at St. Bernard’s Auditorium, 505 E. Washington, Jonesboro, on April 13 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and on April 14 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. The event is free, but donations will be accepted. The Fabric Store will also exhibit the BERNINA 830, and visitors will be able to test drive a BERNINA 330 sewing machine. Anyone test driving the B 330 – either at the show or at The Fabric Store, 1405 Larkwood Drive – is eligible for a drawing to win the machine. The giveaway is in celebration of the Dealer’s 20th anniversary.
The Fabric Store has exhibited at all the previous Threads of Life Quilt and Fiber Art Shows, but this year for the first time, Dealer owner Edie Lancaster is submitting her own quilts in the show. Her quilts include a Chloe Quilt created using the BERNINA Chloe Embroidered Quilt kit, and Traditions: A Rose of Sharon Quilt. The Threads of Life Quilt and Fiber Art Show is hosted by the St. Bernards Development Foundation, which was established to support and enhance the mission of St. Bernards Healthcare through funding, volunteerism and community awareness. The event is one of many fundraising events hosted by the Foundation and will feature a quilt raffle and a silent auction, with proceeds going to benefit the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro.
