BERNINA CREATIVE CENTER CLASSES NOW AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION

BERNINA of America, the premier manufacturer of sewing, embroidery and quilting machines, is pleased to announce that it is accepting registration for public education sessions on presser feet and quilting at the BERNINA Creative Center in Aurora, Ill. Participants have five different classes in August and September to choose from. The BERNINA Creative Center is located at 3682 Unit B Prairie Lake Court, next door to BERNINA of America's headquarters.

A BERNINA Feet Retreat is being offered on September 9 - 10 and September 12 - 13. BERNINA Educators will present two full days of inspiring applications for more than 20 different BERNINA presser feet and accessories, including circular embroidery and binder attachments, and gathering/ruffling, pintuck and couching feet. Presser feet hold fabric flat as it is fed through the sewing machine and stitched, allowing for faster and more professional-looking results. A BERNINA QuiltMotion Touch Automated Quilting Retreat, will be offered on August 15 - 16, September 17 - 18 and September 19 - 20. A BERNINA Quilting Expert will offer two full days of hands-on quilting education and inspiration. Participants will explore traditional quilting techniques using the BERNINA Quilt Frame and QuiltMotion Touch for the BERNINA Automated Quilting System. It's a retreat perfect for those new to the Frame/QuiltMotion Touch or those considering the addition of any of the components of the BERNINA Quilting System from the BERNINA Quilt Frame to QuiltMotion Touch for BERNINA. The 4,500-square-foot BERNINA Creative Center opened in April and consists of three rooms with enough space to hold up to 50 attendees and BERNINA machines. Events at the Center are designed to help consumers and BERNINA Dealers advance their sewing, quilting and embroidering skills.
