BERNINA DEALER BERNINA SEWING ETC. TO HOST SEWAPALOOZA FEATURING LISA VEITH THURSDAY AUGUST 28 IN RIDGELAND MISSISSIPPI

BERNINA of America, the premier manufacturer of sewing, embroidery and quilting machines, is pleased to announce that BERNINA Sewing Etc., a BERNINA Dealer in Ridgeland, Miss., is hosting Sewapalooza, a one-day workshop with BERNINA Educator Lisa Veith that will focus on embroidery, BERNINA‘s DesignWorks software and accessories. The event will take place Thursday, August 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Dealer, located at 665 Pear Orchard Road, Suite 104. Event attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to make an embroidered wristlet, a cord caddy, and an embellished shoe sack that utilizes BERNINA’s CrystalWork software, part of the DesignWorks software suite. One completed project will be taken home along with instructions on how to make the other two. The Dealer will have project kits available for purchase. In addition, attendees can enjoy discounts on all BERNINA machines, software and accessories.
 
Lisa Veith started making her own clothes at age 10. She turned her focus to home economics in school to continue developing her sewing fundamentals and creative instincts. When it became time for Lisa to purchase her first machine, her research led her to a BERNINA 1230. Over the years, Lisa has purchased many BERNINA machines and has become proficient in their use. She has 30 years of experience in BERNINA sales and customer service. She managed a BERNINA store for five years and continues her own educational growth by learning new techniques from BERNINA Educators.
