The cost is $75 and includes supplies for three projects, use of BERNINA machines and accessories, lunch, and gifts. The event will take place at the Dealer, located at 6140 Jean Duluth Road. Nancy Bednar teaches embroidery, overlocker/serger and machine quilting tips and techniques. Nancy is from Brookfield, Ill., and is a sewing educator, freelance instructor and author, who uncovered her passion for sewing when she explored creative and practical aspects of sewing in elementary school. From garment, home decoration projects to bridal and special occasion sewing, Nancy’s true love is the overlocker/serger. Nancy has trained BERNINA Dealers and consumers about all aspects of sewing with a special emphasis on garment stitching and creative machine techniques. She is a regular contributor to Sewing and Serger Update newsletters, and has been published in Sew News.
