BERNINA DEALER SNEED’S VACUUM AND SEWING CENTER TO HOST SEWAPALOOZA FEATURING LISA VEITH SATURDAY MARCH 29 IN CHARLESTON WEST VIRGINIA

BERNINA of America, the premier manufacturer of sewing, embroidery and quilting machines, is pleased to announce that Sneed’s Vacuum and Sewing Center, a BERNINA Dealer in Charleston, West Virginia is hosting Sewapalooza, a hands-on sewing, embroidery, quilting and creative sewing software workshop featuring BERNINA Educator, Lisa Veith. The event will take place at Sneed’s Vacuum and Sewing Center located at 2614 7th Ave. on Saturday, March 29 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and the doors will open at 8:30 a.m. To register, call (304)744-3670 or stop by the store. Lisa Veith will lead event attendees through three specialized sessions:  Machine embroidery, BERNINA Embroidery Software 7 and a session that focuses on machine quilting techniques. Attendees will make a wristlet, a monogrammed sachet and a pillow. Door prizes will also be given away and seats are limited.

BERNINA Educator, Lisa Veith started making her own clothes at the young age of 10 and continued to develop the fundamentals and become proficient in the detail of sewing seams. Later she turned her focus to home economics to foster her creative instincts and interests. Lisa purchased a BERNINA 1230, with its many features enabled her creativity to come to life. With 30 years under her belt, Lisa has managed a BERNINA store for 5 years and continues to focus on customer needs and ways for them to use their creative sides. As an Educator, she shares new techniques and teaches classes in quilting, embroidery, Machine Mastery, BERNINA Embroidery Software and facilitates the BERNINA All About Me club. Lisa lives in the Chicagoland area with her husband and has two sons.
