BERNINA DEALER STEVE’S SEWING CENTER TO HOST SEWAPALOOZA FEATURING TARI INTARDONATO SATURDAY JUNE 14 IN KING OF PRUSSIA PENNSYLVANIA

BERNINA of America, the premier manufacturer of sewing, embroidery and quilting machines, is pleased to announce that Steve’s Sewing Center, a BERNINA Dealer in King of Prussia, Penn., is hosting Sewapalooza, a hands-on embroidery, and quilting workshop on Saturday, June 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  BERNINA Educator Tari Intardonato will lead attendees through quilting, embroidery and accessory projects.  The event costs $59 and includes a continental breakfast, lunch, CD with project instructions, door prizes, and the opportunity to use state-of-the-art BERNINA machines.  The workshop will take place at Steve’s Sewing Center, which is located at 268 W. BERNINA Educator Tari Intardonato learned to sew in her early teens and has been sewing ever since.  The BERNINA brand has always been a part her life.  Both her grandmothers sewed on BERNINA machines.  Tari earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Vocational Home Economics and taught high school home economics in Oklahoma, married, and moved to the Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas area.  She worked for several years for BERNINA Sewing Center in Dallas and Plano, Texas, where she sold BERNINA products and taught classes in sewing techniques and operation of BERNINA machines.  She later managed a BERNINA Sewing Center and continued to teach classes in the BERNINA line, as well as sewing projects.
