The conclusion of a tough 2023/2024 financial year allowed BERNINA RSA to do the final adjudication in the elite Dealer of the Year competition.
The pinnacle of Bernina’s annual incentive program, its purpose is to encourage and reward those dealerships who have shown remarkable results amidst challenging economic circumstances.
In order to narrow the short list down to indicate our winners of this sought after prestige, the results emanated from a criteria of integration and scoring such as budget performance, product knowledge, social media profiling and customer service, amongst others.
