BERNINA DEALER FABRIC CAROUSEL TO HOST SEWAPALOOZA WEDNESDAY MAY 21 IN HUNTSVILLE TEXAS

BERNINA of America, the premier manufacturer of sewing, embroidery and quilting machines, is pleased to announce that Fabric Carousel, a BERNINA Dealer in Huntsville, Texas, is hosting Sewapalooza, a hands-on sewing, embroidery, and quilting workshop on Wednesday, May 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 1101 12th Street.  BERNINA Educator Kellie Rushing will lead event-goers through three unique projects – an embroidered wristlet, a quilted mini travel pillow, and a caddy cord.  Each attendee will take home one complete project.  The event costs $40 and includes lunch, a Sewapalooza press and maintenance kit complete with t-shirt, tote, bumper sticker, a CD of project instructions, project supplies, and the opportunity to use an array of BERNINA sewing machines.  To register, call (936)295-8322 or stop by the store.  Registration is recommended as seats are limited.
 
BERNINA Educator Kellie Rushing began sewing at the age of 5 when her grandmother taught her how to hand embroider.  Throughout the years Kellie picked up machine sewing and decided to use her sewing skills to start a home-based business, making draperies, while raising her children.  Kellie has been a BERNINA Dealer, a freelance educator, and National Tradeshow team member.  She excels in connecting with people by way of sales and education and strives to find sewists the perfect machine.  Kellie lives in Ft. Worth, Texas with her husband and two dogs.
